There must be sufficient amount of sewer systems that would take care of the hygiene of the people living inside the home and around it. Find out if the builders are following the code systems while building the home and its sewer system. Apart from just the sewers, check inside the home if it is easy to maintain and clean. Do you have to spend a lot of time just spring cleaning the home or can you do it fairly easily? What is the help the builder is willing to provide? In most of the cases, a builder would provide a one year free guarantee for repair and maintenance. Thus, be wise and tread cautiously while choosing to buy a home.
