Health Care TipsHere is a set of health care tips useful for everyone, health is wealth, this age old adage will be true for all times to come. Health care tips should be followed by every human being to stay fit.

Staying fit is important for all and in all stages of life. Young people think that their body does not require any care but this is not true. Our body is a machine that needs constant maintenance in order to keep working.

Everyone should follow some health care tips to maintain good health. Here are a few tips that take care of the general well being of our body

Maintain a Good Digestion

Stomach is central system of our body. If our stomach works fine and in order, the rest of the system like kidney, heart, liver, also stay unaffected. The main activity of the stomach is digestion.

If our digestion is good we can maintain a healthy system and avoid common health problems like, skin disorder, obesity, cholesterol, gastroenteritis, acidity, and so on.

Do Not Neglect Chronic Cough

Any cough which persists for more than 2 weeks should not be neglected. It is always better to consult your physician and rule out anything major like tuberculosis.

Most of us avoid cough and cold thinking that it is some allergy or change of weather but this can lead to problems that become difficult to treat.

Exercise Regularly

As machine gets rusted if not working, so does our body. A minimum amount of physical activity is must to maintain good health.

For people who have sedentary lifestyle it is very important that they include some sport or exercise regime in their daily schedule.

Regular exercise is very important to avoid heart problems, respiration problem, obesity, healthy bones and muscles, and other integral systems of our body.

Avoid Junk Food

The food we eat determines to a large extent our longevity. It is said that “the less we eat the more we live”. Eating right, in the right amount, and at the right time, is very important for health.

So all of us must avoid overeating, maintain schedule for meals, and include fiber, fruits and vegetables in our meal. A good combination of carbohydrates, protein, and vitamin make our food nutritious. Regular dependency on junk food containing preservatives, unnatural color, high amount of salt, sugar, and spices should be avoided as much as possible.

Do Not Avoid Pains and Aches

As soon as we grow 30 yrs old or even before that, many of us start suffering from leg or foot ache, backache, joint pain, and various other discomforts in our body.

It is very important that all pains and aches should be taken care of. You never know what the reason for pain is and ache until the doctor examines properly. Many a times we hurt ourselves and neglect the pain thinking this will fade with time. But these problems should never be left unattended because any injury can become risky if left untreated.

Any problem can be treated more easily when in early stage so delays should be avoided.

Opt for Ayurveda and Naturopathy

The world is gradually shifting towards ayurveda and naturopathy. These are the natural ways of treating a disease. Research shows that prolonged use of antibiotics or allopathic medicines have ill effect on our system. Thus it is wise to avoid allopathic until and unless the situation is extreme.

Special care should be taken in case of small children whose body stops responding to medicines if they are frequently given antibiotics or other allopathic medicines.
