  7. Avoid the intake of processed food items and food items which contain hydrogenated oils.

  8. Workout with friends or in a group. Working out with a friend gives you more motivation to carry on with the regular exercise routine and also helps in making the routine much more consistent. Where loosing weight is concerned being consistent is extremely vital.
